Commercial License for the Use of Aidenfur Products

Purpose of the License: The Licensee is authorized to use the products and designs provided by the Licensor in the creation of commissions, animations or avatars for sale to third parties.

Scope of the License:

• Non-exclusive use: This License is non-exclusive, meaning the Licensor may grant similar licenses to other licensees.
• Non-transferable: This License may not be sold, assigned, or transferred to third parties by the Licensee.
  

Duration of the License: The License will remain in effect for a monthly period from the date of purchase, which will be renewed with each payment.

Credits: The Licensee must credit the Licensor in all instances of product use, including mentioning Aidenfur in product descriptions or related publications.

Termination: The License may be terminated by the Licensor if the Licensee breaches any term of this License.

Restrictions:

• Modification, alteration, or creation of derivative works from the Licensor's products without express consent is not permitted.
• The products cannot be used in contexts that are defamatory, offensive, or in any way harmful to the reputation of the Licensor.
• The Individual sale of the assets, cloning or the creation of an irrefutable identical version of the asset is not permitted.
